The process begins with heating and stretching a bottom film to conform to the shape of a mold in the forming area. Subsequently, the eggs or materials to be packed are placed into the formed bottom film. A top film is then applied to cover the formed bottom film, followed by a flawless vacuum forming process in the vacuum chamber. Finally, the materials are transported and cut into individual packaging bags, ready for distribution.
Our innovative packaging machine offers single-side stretching and single-side forming for precise positioning of the top and bottom films.
