The process begins with heating and stretching a bottom film according to the shape of a mould in the forming area. Next, the materials, such as eggs, are placed into the formed bottom film. Subsequently, a top film is heated, stretched, and formed to match the mould in another forming area. The formed top film then covers the bottom film, and both are vacuum-sealed perfectly in the vacuum chamber. Finally, the packaged materials, in this case, eggs, are transported and cut into individual packaging bags.
