The process begins with heating and stretching a bottom film to conform to the shape of a mold in the forming area. Next, the eggs or materials to be packed are placed into the formed bottom film. A top film is then applied to cover the formed bottom film, and the two films are perfectly vacuum-formed in the vacuum chamber. Finally, the materials, in this case, eggs, are transported and cut into individual packaging bags.
