The automatic rigid-film thermoforming modified atmosphere/vacuum packaging machine for sausages/beef steak/cooked foods is designed to meet the packaging needs of various industries. This innovative machine make film single-side stretching and single-side forming.
At first, a bottom film is heated and then stretched according to shape of a mould in forming area.
Second, the materials(eggs) to be packed are put into the formed bottom film.
Third, a top film covers the formed bottom film and then they are gas filling or vacuum formed perfectly in vacuum chamber.
At last, the materials(eggs) are transported and cut into independent packaging bags.

MOULD DIVERSIFICATION

The equipment can be equipted with multiple sets of moulds, which is simple and convenient to replace. It is suitable for packing egg yolks from 15g to 25g.

 

AUTOMATIC CORRECTION DEVICE

 

To improve efficiency, our vacuum packaging machine is in big-size customization.  The size of the machine larger the film heavier. Therefore, the film may have a problem in deviation and falling off.  We have incorporated an automatic correction device for the top film and the bottom film, ensuring smooth operation.

Fully automatic intelligent calibration includes:

2. Cursor conditioning of top film and bottom film

FAQ

Q1: How long does it take to deliver the machine after the order & deposit?

A1: Usually it will take 45 working days to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver. At first, it will take 10 working days to make the technical drawing. Second, it will take 15 working days to manufacture the parts and make them ready to assemble. In the last 20 working days, the machine will be assembled and tuned to make sure it is ready to deliver.

 

Q2: What do you need to make a specific offer for my product?

A2: To make a special offer we will need the dimension(s) of the package(s) you want to use on this machine. We also need the approximate production volume you need per day. If with other special request please also inform us before we make the project.

 

Q3: Can you offer oversea service?
