The process begins with heating and stretching a bottom film to conform to the shape of a mould in the forming area. Next, the eggs or other materials to be packed are placed into the formed bottom film. Subsequently, a top film undergoes heating and stretching to match the mould's shape in a separate forming area.
Once the top film is formed, it covers the bottom film, and both are vacuum-sealed perfectly in the vacuum chamber. Finally, the packaged materials are transported and cut into individual packaging bags for easy distribution.
