The process begins with heating and stretching a bottom film according to the shape of a mold in the forming area. Subsequently, the eggs or materials to be packed are placed into the formed bottom film. Next, a top film undergoes heating and stretching based on the mold's shape in another forming area. The formed top film then covers the bottom film, and both are vacuum formed seamlessly in the vacuum chamber. Finally, the materials are transported and cut into individual packaging bags for convenience.
